Course Objectives:

  1. Students will examine “Leadership” in order to personalize and integrate various approaches to leadership as part of a process of formulating a personal ethic.
  1. Students will examine and evaluate choices of leadership in the light of their Christian values, education and personal experience.
  1. Students will explore alternate views of leadership that define and guide choice making.
  1. Students will develop personal strategies that lead to decisions in leadership in the face of uncertainty and social pressures.
  1. Students will effectively communicate their positions in both writing and orally through papers, presentations and discussion.
  1. To raise issues which challenge the Christian who occupies a position of leadership in society.
