Course Description

This course offers a strategic framework to assist learners in understanding not only how technology can be used to appropriately enable business processes, but also how it can be used to shape new business models.  Critical industry topics like aligning business and technology strategies, developing an enterprise business and technology architecture, and emerging technologies are discussed.  Practical issues in managing technology, like technology investment and project portfolio management, are offered to help learners understand how a strategic framework is deployed.
