Rope Jumping

The following individual rope jumping skills using a short rope are listed in their approximate order of difficulty. With a few exceptions, skills are listed and described for a double-bounce pattern only. It is assumed a performer has the option of attempting a given skill using a single-bounce pattern. Hints
Forward double-bounce 1 jump-bounce for each twirl of the rope forward.  
1 jump for each twirl of the rope forward.
1 jump-bounce for each twirl of the rope backward.

1 jump for each twirl of the rope backward.

 
Several forward jumps, turning 180 degrees while stopping the rope momentarily, followed by several backward jumps.
Regular forward or backward jumping while wearing a blindfold.
Hopping Landing on the same foot repetitively while twirling the rope underneath.

A hop-bounce on one foot alternated with a hop-bounce on the other foot.

 
Swing step
A hop-bounce on one foot alternated with a hop-bounce on the other foot, with the free leg swung forward, backward, or to the near side.
A hop-bounce on one foot alternated with a hop-bounce on the other foot, while rocking forward on the front foot and backward on the rear foot.
1 running step on each foot for each twirl of the rope forward.
Alternating a double-bounce sideways (1 foot) on one side of a line, followed by a double-bounce sideways on the other side.
Alternating a double-bounce forward (1 foot) on one side of a line, followed by a double-bounce backward on the other side.
A jump-bounce for each twirl of the rope forward, while alternating which foot is in front and which is behind (1 foot separation).
A jump-bounce for each twirl of the rope forward, while alternating feet together, feet apart (1 foot separation).
A jump-bounce for each twirl of the rope forward, while alternating crossing R in front of L and L in front of R.
A jump-bounce for each twirl of the rope forward, while alternating a regular twirling pattern with a crossed arm pattern.
Pepper 1 jump for each twirl of the rope forward, with twirls in rapid succession, measured by number of jumps completed in 30 seconds or a minute.  
1 twirl of the rope forward during a jump, alternated with 2 twirls of the rope forward during a jump.
Multiple twirls
Completing more than 2 twirls of the rope forward during a single jump.
