 Exercise: Position Paper
You are working PR for either the Democrats or Republicans at the state level in Minnesota (you get to decide!). Minnesota changed the way it does presidential primaries and this is causing some controversy. You task is to write a position paper that explains your organizations' views on the matter.

Follow the guidelines for a position paper and write a 1-2 page paper.
