Reflective Metaphors: Leaves
One of my favorite
things about Bethel is the fall colors that return every year. It seems
as though each year more colors appear, making Bethel more beautiful
than it was before. The leaves fall from many different trees and each
has a story to tell. Some were carried in by the wind...some grew up
nearby...some were raked into the pile. No matter how they arrived each
leaf is important... |

...because of it's uniqueness...the color...the shape and size...and most of all, it's origin. It's nice to see some of the same colors each year, and the new colors that add to Bethel's beauty. Thank you, Lord for the beautiful fall colors, and together may this pile glorify and honor You this year. Adapted and used with permission from the 1996-97 Bethel Roster, Jeremy C.
