  • On line readings: PBS site on Freud Read this before doing the online fieldtrip.
  • In class:
  • On line field trip: visit to the Freud London and Vienna museums, and to an exhibit by the Library of Congress.
    Follow the instructions for this exploration. Note: this is a pretty extensive exploration, give it some time.
    As you do, keep notes on what you see.
    On the basis of your visit write a "tour guide" with a list of 10 must-see items (you must use all three museums in your list), you must explain
    1. where each item is (how to find it --give specific URL and context)
    2. describe what the item is
    3. explain the importance/interest of the item.(30 pts)
      An assignment has been created in this week's Bb folder for posting your tour guide. This is due by Monday Dec 4 at 9:00 am
  • Quiz on Ch 13 done by Monday Dec 4, at 9:00 am
  • TOPIC PAPER DUE MONDAY DEC 4 BY CLASS TIME. Upload it on Bb in and give me a paper copy also.
    1. Go to the Topic Paper in the course units area of the Bb course
    2. Click on the View/Complete link .
    3. Click on the "Browse" button, on the File To Attach: line
    4. In the dialog window that opens, find your file and click the "Open" button. You will see the path to the file automatically entered in the blank area left of the "Browse" button.

      About the file you upload: IMPORTANT NOTE.

      Microsoft Word is the standard at Bethel. Should you work in another word processor save your file as a .rtf file (rich text format) or as a .htm or .html format (webpage format). Name your file with your last name followed by your first name ex: DoeJane.doc
      Dont put any space, hyphen, extra period etc. in the file name.

    5. Scroll down and click on the "Submit" button This is ESSENTIAL. If you don't click on submit, I won't get your assignment. Topic papers are due by 2:50 pm on Monday December 4
