INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE FINAL EXAM
Writing
the final
Some
people live a long time.
You
were born in 1805 and are still going strong...
All your life you have had interests, education and professional
opportunities close to or in the field of psychology.
Write your professional autobiography as follows:
- a
paragraph for your birth and growing up circumstances, and your
education. (100 words)
- Four
different directions (jobs +interests+research+professional
activities etc) that follow each other successively in the span
of your career. Delineate these clearly by numbering them
1, 2, 3, 4. Explain what you do etc... in connection
to other psychologist-types of that period. Be specific in terms
of where you are working, what you are doing, why this interests
you, and who the colleagues are that you are closest to. (300
words per career stage)
- One
view to the future. You are still going strong, so today,
where do you see yourself in the field of psychology, and what
do you plan to do in the next few years and why? What current
directions of psychology interest you most? Note: YOU
ARE NOT RETIRING, you have big plans (300 words)
Clearly
indicate the different parts of your exam. DO NOT WRITE IT AS ONE
FLOWING ESSAY WHERE I HAVE TO FIND THE DIFFERENT PARTS OF YOUR CONTENT.
